Project site is located at Gazipur which is situated 24km from Dhaka intl. Airport, via the elevated expressway and approximately 30 km via surface roads. The site is around 6 km from the Savar National Memorial and about 3.6 km from Bangladesh Krira Shikha Protisthan (BKSP) on the national highway.

Gazipur, is the next growth corridor of the capital city, Dhaka. It is home to the largest industrial development belt of the country with over 3000 active industrial units, Gazipur is also advantageously placed between the capital city and 30 different districts of the country. The construction of 24 KM Dhaka Ashulia Elevated Expressway, which is due to be completed by June 2026 is projected to further improve connections with the rest of Dhaka city. The connection improves further through the existing Dhaka-Ashulia Highway and Chandra-Nabinagar Highway (Undergoing expansion to 160ft). Additionally the highly commercially important Gazipur Chourasta Highway is only 9KM west of the project, while to the east is the Dhaka- Aricha highway and the Savar Smrity Shoudho. There is also a metro station in Hemayetpur nearby enhancing the location’s major connectivity.

The location has the ability to attract, maintain and create business investments, which must be combined with the concept of smart developments. Additionally the government plans to turn gazipur into a smart city, through building modern infrastructures for spurring further economic development. The project will help ensure uninterrupted traffic through constructing bridges and culverts, eliminating waterlogging through building the drainage system and constructing footpaths. Different kinds of public and private establishments including sports industries, pharmaceuticals, electric and electronics goods, public and private hospitals, are being built in gazipur hence it is considered to be the focal point of employment for the people of different districts.
